"Color looked different in person"
I ordered this RM Richards dress thinking it would be that deep navy shade shown in the photos, but in regular lighting it looked more like a dull blue-purple, kind of more... not what I expected.
The fit was alright and the shipping was totally fine, so it wasn’t a complete miss or anything. I just picked it mainly because of the color, so that part was disappointing.
I ended up returning it because it didn’t match my shoes at all. I really wish the website photos showed the color closer to how it looks in real life.

"Return was simple, but I feel dumb for trusting the timing"
The return itself was easy enough, so I’ll give them that. It just took way longer than I expected, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be handled quickly.

I had an okay experience with rmrichards.nyc, but the stock situation was frustrating. The dress I actually wanted was out of stock in my size, and then a few other colors were gone too. I eventually found something else, but it took way longer than it should have. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely made me lose a bit of trust in shopping there if I can’t count on the sizes being available

Ive been happy with it so far. The construction feels strong, and the stitching looks neat and hasnt started coming loose or anything.

"Pretty dress, but the length was off"
I really liked the dress overall, but it was definitely longer than I expected. I ended up having to pay to get it hemmed, which was a bit frustrating. I feel like the sizing/length should’ve been more accurate, i’d appreciate an apology for the extra hassle

I ordered my usual size, but it fit nothing like the size chart suggested. It was tight around the chest and then strangely loose in other areas, so the whole fit just felt off. I ended up returning it, which was disappointing because I was hoping it would work out. Really frustrating when the sizing info doesn’t help at all.

I found a few styles I actually liked, but the prices just felt too high for what you’re getting. I’ve seen similar dresses for less at other places, so it was hard to feel like it was worth it. it seems like a preventable issue if the pricing matched the quality a bit better.

"Reliable delivery and an easy experience"
I ordered from rmrichards.nyc the delivery went pretty much exactly as promised. The tracking kept updating, which I appreciated, and the package showed up when they said it would. The box had a small dent in it, but the item inside was totally fine. Based on my experience, it was a smooth and dependable order overall, so I’d give it 4 stars

The box showed up fairly crushed, so I’m sure the packaging could’ve been better. Nothing too dramatic, but it definitely didn’t feel packed all that well.

Well... shopping on rmrichards.nyc was straightforward. I found the dress I was looking for without much trouble, and checkout was simple. A few pages loaded a little slow on my phone, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d shop there again.

"Finally a Dress that actually fit my curves"
I ordered a plus size dress from rmrichards.nyc for my niece’s wedding and i was kind of nervous. Most dresses end up too tight in the arms or just sit weird around the waist, so I wasn’t expecting much.

But this one fit really nicely without clinging too much. The length was good too, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep adjusting it all night. i’d buy from them again.

some of the dresses are really cute, but a few of the designs feel a little too dated for my taste. i can see why others might like them, they’re just not all for me.

"Nice fabric, just a small issue"
The fabric feels really nice and was heavier than I expected, which I liked. One of the dresses did have a few loose threads, so it’s not totally perfect, but nothing too serious. For the price, I think it’s fair, and overall I’m happy with it

I actually really liked the dress, but getting help from customer service was more frustrating than I thought it would be. I sent a couple of emails and ended up waiting days before I got a real answer. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected quicker replies, especially for a simple question

I ordered from R&M Richards and tbh I was kinda let down. The item looked fine, like not terrible or anything, but for the price I just expected more. It didn’t really have that “wow okay this was worth it” feel.

The quality and fit were just okay-ish, nothing that made me feel good about spending that much. Maybe if the prices were a lot lower I’d consider it again, but as it is, nah I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.
